Projects & work
TechLoop
TechLoop is my independent technology initiative focused on providing modern networking, IT infrastructure, and DevOps solutions for medium-sized businesses. The project combines my hands-on expertise in system administration, automation, and open-source technologies to deliver reliable, scalable services. Under the TechLoop brand, I’ve built a technical blog, internal tools, and automation scripts while managing real-world client deployments and infrastructure improvements.
RN Workforce
A workforce and project management app designed for RN Solutions. Built using Next.js 15 (App Router), with a kanban-style interface and a project-agnostic homepage. The app supports modular task views and is designed for internal use by teams handling construction and finishing work. (WIP)
Minecraft SMP Hosting on OCI
I host and manage survival multiplayer (SMP) Minecraft servers for a private community using PurpurMC, LuckPerms, and custom automation scripts. These servers run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to ensure high uptime, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Mainly because Oracle provides a great free tier !
Self-Hosted Cloud Lab on Oracle Cloud (OCI) – Infrastructure, Identity, and App Hosting
As a personal DevOps lab and infrastructure experiment, I designed and deployed a fully self-hosted environment using two Always-Free Oracle Cloud VPS instances. The setup runs entirely on Docker, orchestrated through Docker Compose, with a focus on performance, minimal resource usage, and real-world use cases. This lab acts as both a learning environment and a production-ready stack for hosting essential tools and services.
Among the applications I maintain are PocketID, a modern OpenID Connect (OIDC) provider for passwordless authentication, and Traefik, which serves as a dynamic reverse proxy with automated SSL certificate management. The environment also hosts Paperless-NGX for document management and OCR processing, Actual Budget for personal finance tracking, and BookStack as a self-hosted internal wiki. Additionally, I run optimized WordPress sites without using CPanel or unnecessary overhead, ensuring high performance on limited resources.
Security and monitoring are integral parts of this setup, with fail2ban, CrowdSec, and uptime monitoring ensuring resilience and responsiveness.
